COVID-19

April 5, 2022 Update

At this time, masks are optional, but recommended. We are still offering curbside service to those that prefer it. If you are experiencing any signs of COVID or have been exposed to it within the last 14 days, please do not enter the clinic. Instead, call us at (608)222-9342 so we can make the proper arrangements to assist you.

Please note that if our team becomes ill, we will not be able to provide care for your pets until we recover. Additionally, our mask policy may change if the number of COVID cases increases.

For more information about the types of appointments we are offering, please read below.

In-Person Appointments

We are excited to announce that in-person appointments have resumed. At this time, masks are optional, but recommended. When you arrive for your in-person appointment, please check-in at the front desk. Please note that this option is only available for individuals who are not experiencing signs of COVID and have not been exposed to it within the last 14 days.

Curbside Appointments

We are still offering curbside appointments. During a curbside appointment, you wait outside while we see your pet in our clinic. Please note: This is not a drop-off appointment. Please stay for the duration of your pet's appointment.

When you arrive for your appointment, please call us at (608)222-9342 to check-in. We will come out to get your pet as soon as we are ready to see them. If your pet is being seen by Dr. Miller for an exam, she will call you to discuss her exam findings and any concerns or questions you have during your pet's appointment. At the end of your pet's appointment, we will call you again to discuss payment. We are accepting cards over the phone or checks which we will collect when we bring your pet back to you. For curbside appointments, we ask all pets to wear a collar or harness that fits properly or be in a secure carrier. We do not want any pets loose on Monona Drive.

Drop-off Pet Appointments

We are still offering drop-off appointments. If you would like to drop-off your pet for their appointment and pick them up later in the day, we are happy to do that. Please note: Since your pet is staying with us for longer than the regular duration of an appointment, there is a hospitalization charge. Additionally, we have limited space for hospitalized pets. So please let us know you would like to drop-off your pet when you're scheduling your appointment.

Drop-off or Pick-up Items (Medications, Food, & Lab Samples)

Clients are currently allowed inside our clinic and masks are optional, but recommended. If you would prefer curbside service, please call us at (608)222-9342 when you arrive. We will come outside to drop-off or collect your items.

Accepted Payments

At this time, we are accepting cash, check, or card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express).

As the situation changes with COVID-19, so might our clinic hours and policies. Updates will be posted here or you can call us at (608)222-9342 with any questions. Thank you!
