Pet insurance works a bit different than health insurance for people. With pet insurance, you still need to pay your bill in full at the end of your appointment. Then, you submit a claim and your insurance company will contact us for any additional information needed to process your claim. After your claim is processed, you will receive a reimbursement from your insurance.
